Unused boxes must contain a zero.

enter text over the zero or tab out if not
applicable, leaving the zero in the box.
You may need to click into the first box of
the second column.
Choose either weekly or monthly figures,
do not mix them.
Use calculator - opposite to convert amounts.
'Clear' resets calculator but not form.
Form examples will not be included in totals.
